'Lune' is a task lamp designed for batch manufacture at Massey University. The lamp is comprised of a light source housed between two circular planes which create and cast a band of light around the room. The edges of the discs can be pinched together at any point to widen the band in the opposite direction. A dimmer located at the top of the stem is used to control the intensity of the light and the head of the light can be tilted backwards to accommodate a wider range of lighting applications.
