My project 'Sea to Land' creates a communal space for people in Oriental Bay. The design is based on the way the waves crash onto the rocks that the space is built on. The use of glass, combined with the open plan design means people can relax in the space and still enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean that surrounds them.
